Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County in California. Alongside my amazing partner JP as well as my happy dad Henry. My followers are mostly on my Instagram page @annephung. This is where I share my tale of highs, lows, and everything in between. I came to America with my family and brothers in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. young. I'm not now sharing my story for you were it not for my parents love determination and dedication. In order to give them the chance to have a successful future, I focused on success and worked hard in order to reach it. I believed that my life would go a certain way: graduate from university, be offered a corporate position, be married, and then start a family. I figured that was the ultimate definition of success. however, life has other plans to demonstrate what success meant. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was something I dreaded. Money and status were not what I needed to feel happy. I felt I was living a solitary existence to get a pay check. In 2013, I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also liked getting out and about to aid others. On the path towards this new direction in life, I found the personal training I needed. The business I started in 2014. It is my seventh birthday this year. Since I am a Asian female in this industry there are a few of us. My aim in the industry is to create a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle that can meet the demands of my clients. Also, I want people to feel empowered to achieve their goals and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for in their life. In the beginning of my profession, the loss of my mother was the biggest loss to me. To be in Heaven she is now in peace following an eight-year fight against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry her with me and think about her each day. The lessons of life can be hidden from us, but they can be extremely useful. It was my mother's sudden death that changed me for good. And I really believe that it provided me with a chance to experience life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. She had her chance to embark on a new journey which gave me my second shot at an enjoyable and satisfying life. The 30's are the only moment that I feel as if that I'm alive. I am sharing my experiences with you in hopes that you can resonate by my experiences and words for you to feel secure knowing that you're not on your own, to realize that you're more than capable of whatever that you can imagine. the fact that real love is there and therapy is normal and needed to be healthy is truly the greatest form of wealth. You have only one life. I hope you live it to the fullest.
